Clients agree to pay photographer a non-refundable deposit of $100+ tax at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This deposit is deducted from the total balance. The remaining balance must be sent the day before the session, with no exceptions.

Regular Session: Only 1 additional adult is welcome to come, no additional adults/kids.

Toddler Sessions: Only 2 adults are welcome to come to the session and no additional adults/kids. It’s important that our main focus is the baby that’s taking the session. Please understand that the baby might need support during the session such as putting them back on the setup, cleaning the baby up after the cakes mash and changing outfits.

We allow up to 15 minute late arrivals with communication. A $30 late fee will be assessed if you are between 15-25 minutes late, after that it is time lost from photographer having time to create poses and We will not add additional time to your session.

EX: If the 30 minute session is at 3:00PM and client arrives at 3:10PM, the session will only be 20 minutes.

Indoor Session: The studios are booked for a certain amount of time, plan your session with time. Studio fees will apply towards your account if we don’t leave the studio on time.

Please notify us at least 1 week in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled session. We’ll gladly reschedule you for the next available date, but we cannot guarantee a time close to your original appointment.

•  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•  Rescheduling is only permitted in cases of weather, illness, or emergencies.

•  For outdoor sessions only, if there is a forecast of rain or flooding for your scheduled date, we will need to reschedule. Indoor Session only, Depending on the studio, if you need to reschedule there might be a fee to pay additionally for a new date.

Client will receive an online gallery to select the images they want edited 4-5 days after the session. The number of images depends on the package the client has purchased. Client is allowed to purchase additional images for editing $12 each but payment MUST be submitted for additional photos immediately upon choosing.



Turn around time for final edits is 14 days from the day you select the images - excluding weekends and holidays!!

A rush fee of $60 can be paid upon client request. Rush fee is 5 days after date of shoot for final edits. If rush fee is not requested prior to session date or upon booking

Once the deposit is sent and we agreed on the location/studio/setup , we don't allow changing location last minute or after sending the deposits. The day of the session it’s important that you bring outfits and other props you wish to add to the session.

Fussy Babies
If your baby is having a difficult time , keep in mind that you will receive crying pictures. The session is only 45 minutes and I will try my best to get good pictures. Sometimes babies do not want to collaborate, but I always try my best to get them to smile and laugh. It’s important that the baby gets a nap before the session, so he/she can be active and awake during the photoshoot.
